The greens are the biggest plus of the course. They are small with plenty of breaks. They are true and as fast as putting on the hood of a car which is great. You better have a short game to score here.
Most tees don't have grass. The fairways generally are fine. The rough is very spotty - lots of bare spots between clumps of grass.
The layout is fantastic - a very old course (1916) with plenty of interesting shots. It is not very long by today's standards (6100 yards) but don't let that fool you.
Would travel: 0-10 Miles, Not Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Better than average course for the area
